We are moving!!!
Clinic will be closed Friday 25 July (after podiatry clinic) until Monday 28 July for the move.
All appointments from Tuesday 29 July will be at 7 Old Elvet, Durham (literally actoss the road).
Looking forward to seeing everyone on the ‘other side’!

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻, 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲!

We are very proud to announce that we will be sponsoring DMotR (Durham Mums on the Run) Monday’s track sessions (2 per month) as from June. This inspiring group, run by volunteers, offer free weekly track sessions for female social runners and new mothers in the Durham community.
DMotR were in a pickle when their free track sessions, which have been running for 10 years, were suddenly going to be charged for.
At Durham City Physio, we believe that everyone deserves the chance to move, connect, and feel strong-no matter where they are in their journey.
These sessions offer a welcoming space to build confidence, fitness, and friendships amongst women.
So we decided to step (run 😁) in, and help out!

Let's run together -because community starts with support. 🙏🏼

We are taking a much deserved break, and reopen 2 January!

**Urgent Donations welcomed**

Where I am going holiday ☀️(sorry to be so secretive), I am meeting up with a local running club, who do awesome work with less privileged (young) runners.
I have been asked for assistance with running shoes or old spikes 🙏🏼
They would be so grateful!!
If you have any spare, could you drop them off on Monday (tomorrow) between 11am and 7pm or Tuesday between 9am and 4pm at the latest.
