Many Happy Returns to Mary on her Birthday today - Breakfast in her room then daughter Catherine picked her up to take Mary out to lunch at the Garden Centre plenty of cards flowers and treats then back home in time for Sherry & Chocolate Cake & a sing song well why ever not !! Xx

On Monday we had an entertainer Heidi the residents enjoyed the Country & Western Theme and Joined in with the singing and dancing - 💃 Brenda as you can see was such a good sport go Brenda xx

Today for the first time @ Belmont Grange we’ve had a visit from Magda a qualified Yoga teacher who has been a huge hit with all of our residents !! As you can see everyone present engaged in the activity and throughly enjoyed their workout 🏋️ so good for well-being and esteem !! As well as being a healthy group activity I can tell you now this is the first of many visits pencilled in this year - can’t wait for the next session - couple of videos to follow ###
