You’ll move your body and clear your mind with intention-setting, gentle yoga, breathwork, and a refreshing wellness walk. You’ll also tap into your creative side through poetry, goal-setting, illustration, and vision board sessions that help bring your ideas and dreams to life. To round out the experience, you’ll have access to the sauna and cold bath room — the perfect way to relax and reset.

Join me for a 6-week yoga course designed to gently support your body and mind. This nurturing vinyasa flow is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to return to the basics in a calm, welcoming space.

Over six weeks, we’ll explore mindful movement that connects breath with flow, helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and develop greater body awareness. Each class is thoughtfully paced, with clear guidance and plenty of options, so you can move in a way that feels right for you.

Expect a balanced practice that leaves you feeling grounded, relaxed, and more at ease, with time to unwind and reset at the end of each session. This course is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and create a sustainable yoga practice you can carry into everyday life.

6 Weeks of Flow, Breath & Deep Rest

Each Sunday evening, we’ll move through:
- Breathwork
- Gentle Vinyasa Flow to awaken warmth, mobility and ease
- Deep Stretching to release tension and create space in the body
- Guided Relaxation so you leave your mat grounded, rested and ready for the week ahead.

This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners looking for a supportive and mindful start to their yoga journey.
