I’ve always dreamed of hosting a charity event since becoming a yoga teacher, and it finally feels like the right time to bring that idea to life.
If you know me, you’ll know two of my favourite things are yoga… and cosy nights in. So I thought—why not combine both and create the most heartwarming event, all while raising money for a cause that means so much to me?
Cancer has touched my family in more ways than one. Especially my aunty Carole, who passed away in 2004 but continues to inspire me. Her journey wasn’t an easy one, but she faced it with incredible strength, positivity, and grace. She had this amazing ability to bring people together and organised such beautiful fundraising events, always thinking of others even during her hardest moments.
This event is for her and for anyone who has been affected by cancer—whether personally or through supporting someone they love.
It’s a chance to slow down, move gently, connect, and be part of something meaningful. No pressure, no expectations—just a cosy space, kind people, and a shared intention to give back.
