Are you feeling the need to get back into some form of fitness after such along period of restrictions and isolation. Well perhaps yoga will help you on your way.
Why not join us for a fun, friendly class at the Village Hall in Townfield. Wednesdays from 7.30pm until 8.15pm, and Saturdays from 11am until 12.15pm
The sessions will be structured so that both beginners and intermediates will be catered for.
Mats will be provided, however bring your own if you can. Only £5 per session. No need to book.

Turn your world upside down with this fun workshop that will introduce you to some of the fundamental yoga inversions such as: Forearm Stand (Sirsasana), Shoulder Stand (Sarvangasana), Feathered peacock (Pincha Mayurasana) Headstand (Salamba Sirsasana) Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrkasana) and more!
Inversions can seem daunting at first, but you will be shown how to work progressively and safely into each posture and given guidance as to which exercises to practice in order to improve your strength and confidence in these poses.
Whilst you will need to have practiced some yoga in order to get the most from this workshop, you don't need to be a super athelete or super bendy All these are inversions you can realistically hope to achieve
Just bring along a smile and an eagerness to try!
