This week we celebrated the 25th anniversary of Slimming World on Referral with a special event at head office ❤️! For those not in the know, Slimming World on Referral is a commissioned service in participating areas that allows healthcare providers to refer patients for weight management support 🤗.

As part of the day, we welcomed academics, healthcare experts and Slimming World members to celebrate the life-changing impact that Slimming World on Referral has had, before discussing what the next 25 years of weight management support might look like – and how we’re excited to be a part of that conversation 🤗.

Just back from group and needed something quick… this took 5 minutes 👌

Speedy Slimming World lunch 🍜
Noodles with, quorn pieces, frozen baby corn, baby carrots & sugar snap peas – all cooked together for ease 🙌

Sauce = 1 tbsp peanut butter, soy sauce, a stock cube, a shake of chilli 🌶️ and a sprinkle of sesame seeds to finish 😍

So simple, super tasty and totally hits the spot 😋
