“The Oak” Mud Play Kitchen – the Original
This beautifully hand-crafted mud and play kitchen provides a perfect opportunity for toddlers and young children to be curious and creative. You can add all your charity shop finds to engage children in sustainable play. For example, old pans, utensils and mixing bowls can be used with oats, sand, leaves, petals and mud for a wonderful sensory experience. The chunky, sanded wood is splinter free for small fingers and properly treated for use outdoors. However, as wood is a natural product splits, fissures and raised grain may occur relative to environmental conditions. The kitchen boasts one long full length shelf, plus a large storage shelf underneath. Hooks can easily be added for hanging utensils or jugs.
The kitchen is fully treated but you can oil, stain or paint it if you wish.
Although all precautions have been taken to ensure safety during play the actual responsibility for the health and safety of any child at play when using Forest Edge Play furniture rests with the supervising adult/organisation.

“The Maple” Mud Play Kitchen – Original with added cupboards
This hand-crafted mud and play kitchen builds on the timeless design of “The Oak”, offering a wonderful place for children to experiment, explore and create. “The Maple” has the added benefit of two cupboard doors, which offer extra protection against the elements. There are two small shelves on the back panel of the kitchen, as well as the large cupboard underneath, and a sink with stainless-steel bowl for water play. The chunky, sanded wood is splinter free for small fingers and properly treated for use outdoors. However, as wood is a natural product splits, fissures and raised grain may occur relative to environmental conditions.
The kitchen is fully treated but you can oil, stain or paint it if you wish.
Although all precautions have been taken to ensure safety during play the actual responsibility for the health and safety of any child at play when using Forest Edge Play furniture rests with the supervising adult/organisation. The cupboard area should not be used to store items that would be affected by rain or frost as they are not watertight.

This hand-crafted mud and play kitchen combines elements of “The Oak” and “The Maple” together into a generous L shape, which is perfect for collaborative play. “The Hazel” boasts two small shelves and one long shelf on the back, as well as a larger shelf and storage cupboard underneath for all your pots, pans and teapots. The large worktop space has enough room for everything you need for a wonderful day of sensory play and includes a stainless-steel sink bowl for cleaning up afterwards! This beautiful hand-crafted shop/café hatch can be added to any mud kitchen either in a straight line or to create an L shape. It provides a perfect opportunity for children to feed their customers wonderful mud pies, foam ice-creams and soapy soup! There is Shop or Café sign included with every Hatch.
