Since 2018, I have been holding space for women through Pilates, yoga, and healing meditation — practices that gently bring the body, mind, and soul back into harmony. My work is rooted in compassion, intuition, and deep respect for every woman’s unique journey. I am fully qualified and insured, offering a safe and supportive environment where you can move, breathe, release, and reconnect.
As a Fibromyalgia Coach, I walk alongside women living with chronic pain and fatigue, guiding them with understanding, lived awareness, and softness. Together we focus on rebuilding trust in the body, honouring its wisdom, and creating strength and calm in ways that feel sustainable and kind.
I also host soulful retreats across the UK and abroad — sacred pauses from everyday life where women gather, heal, rest, laugh, and rediscover themselves in beautiful surroundings. These retreats are more than just a getaway; they are spaces for transformation, sisterhood, and deep restoration.
Everything I offer is centred around creating safe, heart-led spaces where women feel truly seen, held, and empowered. A place where healing is gentle, comparison fades away, and you are free to return home to yourself ✨
