After being on my own weight loss journey, losing 120lbs in 10 months, and taking personal training courses, I set out to help people achieve their own fitness goals also. Hickford Jatta Michelle has lost an amazing total of 17 inches in a short 6 weeks! 💪🏼 She has lost:
