FAQ’s that I’d like to address 🤍
Q: Are you taking on new clients?
A: Only for mobile bookings at this time. I’m hoping this will change over the coming months. Mae Rae’s slots are in high demand and are limited, so for now there’s a pause on taking on new clients for these bookings. It’s important to me that my regulars can get their monthly maintenance slot booked in.
Q: You say you’re honouring new clients at Mae Rae’s who have gift vouchers. If I buy myself one, does that mean I can book myself in at Mae Rae’s?
A: No, it does not. The only Gift Vouchers I am currently honouring are EITHER those who have previously been gifted it from someone else (March or before), or ones which are purchased for Mother’s Day, as a gift. I will be checking these details before I process any bookings for now.
Q: The booking portal won’t allow me to add a discount code when using a gift voucher. Why is this?
A: Discount codes aren’t compatible with gift vouchers. Any massages booked with a gift voucher will be valued at full cost.
Q: Can I use more than one gift voucher for one massage booking?
A: Absolutely! If you have more than one voucher, and would like to combine both totals to fulfill the cost of the massage, then that’s fine.
Q: What areas do you cover for mobile services?
A: County Durham/Darlington. Some areas will require a £5 travel surcharge, but I will make you aware of this when booking, if you live in these areas.
Q: Do you massage men?
A: I don’t accept men who I do not know, unless they have been referred via a current client.
Q: I can’t find a suitable slot. Can you squeeze me in?
A: I will always have a look, but generally speaking, what’s available on my booking portal is all I have, so that I don’t burn myself out. I’d always recommend booking ahead, to avoid disappointment.
