I’ve been having fun customising my Wild Strawberry MetaPWR™ Recharge with essential oils for an extra twist! 🍓

Here are my favourite pairings so far:

💚 Lime: Bright & zesty
🌿 Peppermint: Cooling & refreshing
🌿 Rosemary: Earthy & deep
🌿 Basil: Fresh & peppery
🤎 Cinnamon: Warm & comforting
🧡 Ginger: Spicy & vibrant

I start small with the toothpick method, just dipping a clean toothpick into the bottle and swirling it into my drink. A little goes a long way! Which combo would you try first?

I’ve been shaking up my routine with this creamy banana smoothie; silky, simple, and full of whole-food goodness. 🍌

Here’s what I blend together:
🥣 1 sachet of VMG+™
🍌 1 frozen banana
🥛 200 ml oat milk
🧊 A handful of ice
🌾 1 tbsp oats
🍯 1 tsp agave (or sweetener of choice)

Geranium is one of my go-to oils for glowing skin and floral self-care.

Steam-distilled from the vibrant flowers, stems, and leaves of the Pelargonium plant, it feels like adding a little flower power to my routine.
