I won't be advertising Toxin treatments in the future.
This is a prescriptive medication and all prescriptions are not allowed to be advertised, we have been advised.

As the authorities start to clamp down on these types of treatments. We will be seeing more of these restrictions as we move towards regulation, these are all steps in improving public safety and we welcome them.

We have been advised by the advertising authorities that we are unable to do this anymore. People of medical professions with medical pins can be penalised, 'aesthetic practitioners' will of course not be. Nothing new there.. But those who answer to a professional body can face being struck off and it's not something worth risking after working so hard to get to where we are today.

So... we can discuss all of your needs during a consultation which is the way it should be.

January is quiet in this industry this is why I take most of the month off — but today reminded me why that’s not a bad thing.

I opened up for one client, which became three. (I am not officially back in the clinic until the 20th January)
ALL CLIENTS WERE BUSINESS OWNERS.

It made me reflect on how business owners move differently. They don’t wait for the perfect moment or payday — they invest during the quiet, they keep momentum and they think long-term. They are also having time off like me because they are utilising a quiet period without worrying about it...

This is something I want my students to remember:
quiet periods don’t mean you’re failing.
They’re often where clarity, resilience, and growth are built.

If January is slow for you embrace it. Write your goals down, your aspirations get into a new book or online learning.

Allure Cosmetics FIRST VISIT & CONSULTATION: Before you decide whether or not to go ahead with semi-permanent make-up it is advised to have a consultation to make sure you are suitable for treatment and to discuss your goals and expectations, you may wish to to bring a picture of the look you desire. You will be required to carry out a skin test 2 hours prior to your procure to ensure the products I use do not cause any adverse reactions. If you wish to proceed with booking a £45 non refundable deposit is required. FIRST TREATMENT: Once the consultation forms have been filled in and you will confirm the terms of your treatment and the treatment will begin. The form will also commit you to maintaining the aftercare regime required to keep your new look fresh and beautiful. Once you are happy with the shape, style and colour, this may take time however it will take as long as it needs to so we can get it perfect, we will then proceed with the treatment. SECOND TREAMENT 4-6 WEEKS LATER Your follow up review appointment with your new cosmetic procedure is very important as the procedure is not deemed complete until this has been performed. It is necessary that a 2nd application of pigment is implanted into the skin, and without the 2nd application then the treatment is incomplete and will fade dramatically.
