3Bees Sculptures by Martin Livall

After a nice long break and finishing off a few things around the house I will be resuming creating sculptures in the next few days.
However something has been playing on my mind, although it all started off with the name 3bees scrap art I think I have come a long way from naming my creations scrap art.
The material that makes up at least 90% of my sculptures still remains "scrap metal" in the form of used horseshoes or the by products of a local steel frame building and fabrication company but I have decided to rebrand 3bees scrap art to 3Bees Sculptures by Martin Livall.
Still the same person with the same purpose of creating bespoke sculptures at affordable prices to suit every budget, but I feel that I have come a long way from just sticking bits of metal together.
So here is the new logo, I hope you all like it and agree with the decision for the rebrand. 🐝🐝🐝

It might not look much but this has been my most difficult sculpture to date. It is the first one that I nearly threw the towel in and phoned the customer to admit defeat. But I didn't let it beat me, and the gratitude and reaction of the customer when she saw the sculpture of her beloved corgi just makes it all worthwhile.

I absolutely love this sculpture and I think you might agree that it is the most extravagant house name sign I've ever seen 👀. This sculpture was commissioned by a repeat customer, they are fantastic and allow me to use my imagination to create something special for them. It is the customer's appreciation that makes it all worthwhile.

So I thought I'd make another of my favourite animals 🐗. This is my attempt at an adolescent iron age boar, the breed is thought to be the closest modern day descendants to the original indigenous Great British pigs.

It has been a turbulent few weeks at 3bees, however I have managed to finish this lovely donkey sculpture. I am very pleased with this sculpture as I wasn't sure whether creating a donkey was the best choice, but as a family we love donkeys so I thought why not. I hope you all like it, after all it wouldn't be a 3bees scrap art stall at Frampton Country Fair without a horseshoe sculpture. 🫏

How about a 4ft stainless steel stargazer lily with one open flower, two unopened flower heads and mirror finished leaves on a 15mm round steel bar. I really took my time on this piece to make it as realistic as possible and I am over the moon with the outcome. This piece will also be available at Frampton Country Fair, so come and visit our stall to view all the sculptures.
