I used to catch myself thinking, “I don’t have time to rest.”

There was always something… emails, messages, plans, people, responsibilities. The list never really ended.

POV: When your mum does Buccal face massage.

My daughter popped in for a Buccal Face Massage today.

One of my favourite treatments for releasing deep facial tension, especially around the jaw and cheeks and helping to sculpt the lower and mid face.

Safe to say… she left very relaxed…. Not before getting the giggles at my uncharacteristic seriousness 😂 I love you it was ruddy lovely having you in clinic today…. And sorting out my reel 😜✨🙌🏼
