Helix Yoga Mindful yoga in and around Stroud. Flowing, Mindful, Restful yoga. People come to yoga for many different reasons, and everybody is welcome.

No-one armed handstands or party trick poses, just moving and breathing and coming home to ourselves. Yoga has so much to offer - whether you're interested in becoming better acquainted with your body, need some space to allow your mind to become quiet, or just want to be able to touch your toes again! Use this page to keep up to date with news about classes (or for photos of good trees)
