I'm really excited to be (finally!) returning to teaching a regular yoga class 🥳
You can expect mellow, exploratory movement, with an emphasis on developing greater connection with our bodies from the inside out.
I have specialist training (and decades of life experience 😅) in using yoga to support people experiencing chronic stress, burnout and fatigue. My practice is very gentle; everything is an invitation, and I won't touch your body unless you ask me to.
No experience necessary, so if you've been yoga-curious but nervous to start - this is your sign!
Next three Mondays 7.15-8.15pm at Warrior & Wild, Nailsworth and online (or you can recieve a recording later if you can't join us live). Then from September, weekly on Monday evenings. Will pop the booking link below.
