What is hybrid.yoga - yoga with a twist! I've sifted out the traditional yoga moves that really have a function and combined these with controlled movements that support joints whilst encouraging full range of motion and with strength and mobility exercises whilst striving for symmetry....here's a little snippet to give you an idea 😁

Yoga is great for strength, flexibility and balance but can it slow the physical effects of ageing?

The NHS recognise that frailty is reduced through yoga.
After clinical studies were reviewed, walking speed, balance, hand grip strength, lower extremity strength and endurance all improved as a result of yoga.
There are many contributing factors to frailty, yoga impacts multiple areas of health and can be effective in preventing a syndrome like frailty.
