Yoga with Ann Yoga offers the chance for deep relaxation, self discovery and a re-connection with the joy of life itself. Byddwch yn cael eich cyflwyno i'r dull Yoga Hatha.

Yoga helps us to maintain good health; boosts energy and has a wonderful creative spin off. The reason I teach Yoga is a love to share the deep and lasting benefits that we can gain from yoga practice. Calmness, relaxation, contentment, enhanced freedom of movement, increased strength, improved balance and above all feeling the rapture of being fully alive. Rwyf yn dysgu Yoga oherwydd fy mod wrth

The weekly yoga sessions will introduce you to Hatha Yoga practice. The sessions will involve coordinated with the breath and meditation. You do not need to be at a high level of physical fitness to participate and benefit from this practice. Hatha postures are accessible to most people in moderate heath. Bydd yn ddosbarthiadau yn cynnwys ymestyn yn araf a symudiadau grymus fyd yn cyd-fynd ag anadlu a myfyrio. Peidiwch a phoeni os byddwch yn gall gwneud y symudiadau. Mae Yoga Hatha yn addas i'r rhan fwyaf sydd mewn iechyd rhesymol, does dim rhaid bod mewn cyflwr neilltuol o dda. Please bring along a mat and a blanket, however a few mats and blankets will be provided for you to borrow should you need them.

Yoga is about learning how to listen, to self-enquire, which brings us into our body, and teaches us about our moods and feelings. It reminds us that life is not perfect, to accept ourselves just as we are, to also accept that it can take time for this to happen!
Listening to the sensations in our body, is a very powerful act in that it can help us to read our body signals, such as eating when were hungry and resting when were tired.
By learning in our Yoga practice to refine and adjust our movements through feeling the sensitive sensations of our body we start to become more grounded and more connected with ourselves, others and nature.

Thank you to all you lovelies who came to the Yoga & Sound Bath Mini-Retreat Day at 'Sun Moon Yoga Retreats' it was a joy to have my home full of such a lovely group of people.
Big Thanks to Ann for making us such a lovely homemade blueberry & blackberry cake, it was so tasty! I forgot to take a picture! will do next time, and Big Thanks to Kerry for giving us a beautiful sound bath which everyone loved.
Remember Yoga is a spiritual practice in that yoga means 'Unity'. Yoga helps us to realize that we are deeply connected to each other, to nature, to animals to everything, we are not separate.
Yoga is about becoming aware of our body through feeling deeply all the sensations in and around our bodies such as taste, smell, touch, sound, comfort/discomfort, inside/outside etc. Through becoming intimate with these sensations we move into wholeness, so we feel our deep connection with the world. x

The yoga/art room is looking lovely with the sunlight shining through. I have a Ficus Benjamina in the room which I hope will grow beautifully. Its been lovely sharing some one to ones over the past year in the yoga room. My hubby Dave is putting the wooden floor down in the kitchen and just a few other jobs before all you lovelies can come and join me for a yoga & art day retreat x
