Back on it and feeling good! 💪

After being knocked off course by a bug, our Director Ravi is back fighting fit and putting the miles in again as the TCS London Marathon gets closer. With just over a week to go, the excitement is definitely building.

Training has not been completely straightforward, but Ravi is back, focused and fully committed to the challenge ahead. Every run now is another step closer to the start line and another step towards raising money for the incredible Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex

Long run done for ACI Director Ravi.

Ravi has shared that this week’s training run for the TCS London Marathon was a huge mental challenge. From the very beginning, it felt like a tough slog, and that mental pressure even resulted in a fall at 27.5km.

Thankfully, it was only a few cuts and grazes, and he got back up and finished the run, a real reminder that marathon training is just as much mental as it is physical.

With one more long run to go before the taper starts, Ravi is continuing to push on as he prepares to take on the London Marathon in support of the Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex .
