Service Update – Monday 16th February
On Monday 16th February, between 13:00 and 17:00, we will be switching energy provider and having a SMART meter installed.
During this period, there may be temporary disruption to our usual systems while the electricity is off.
What this means for you:
• We will still be able to hand out all prepared prescriptions.
• There may be a delay in processing walk‑in prescriptions during the outage.
• To minimise disruption, we are allocating additional staff time to prepare and complete prescriptions in advance, helping ensure a smoother transition.
