As we come to the end of the year, I just want to say thank you 🤍

To everyone who has trusted me with their journey, whether through Reiki, Crystal Reiki, Sound Healing, or Mindset & Energy Transformation, it has been an absolute honour to hold space for you and witness as you align with your true self and beautiful soul 💫

As the energy begins to nudge us towards New Year’s resolutions, I gently remind you that we are still in the wintering season...

Healing happens when we go to the root...

Today, we cleared seven lifetimes of 'survival mode' and provider pressure for a client who had forgotten how to rest. By awakening her Divine Feminine energy, we moved from 'hustle' to 'flow.'

We ended the session with a card pull that offered powerful angelic confirmation of her shift toward a life of greater flow and grace.✨

Yesterday, I had the most beautiful day teaching Reiki Level 1.

The sun was shining, the energy was pure light & magic, and my heart was overflowing with gratitude 💖

After 16 years of working with this incredible energy, I’ve always dreamed of one day sharing it with others… and yesterday, that dream came true.

To attune another soul to the universal life force of Reiki was such a sacred and humbling experience 🙏🏼✨
