I've got 2 spaces for classes starting in September!
I am a Specialist Physiotherapist practising Pilates.
Classes are on a Wednesday night at Eaglescliffe Methodist Church.

5.20 - 6.05pm - 1 Space, perfect for all ages - NOW FILLED

6.15 - 7pm - 1 Space - NOW FILLED

Each exercise can be made as easy or as hard as you like and numbers are kept small to make sure any moves can be tweaked if needed.
