A fabulous day out, full of surprises ❤️

at the Royal Opera House... emotional and just 👌🏾

I haven't been to the ballet since my 30th birthday, was put off by a big production.

This was just gorgeous, intimate and close to the performers. Great also to meet and his sci-fi choreography brought joy to my heart! I will definitely be a ballet person again... (sorry timothee).

Is sitting the new smoking??? You've heard me ask this before - here's some more evidence:

Last night I interviewed Andrew Young, a top spinal surgeon from the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham one of the UK's leading spinal surgeons. The show went out to 600 healthcare professionals.

His statement: "The biggest load you can put on your spinal discs is sitting."

Not heavy lifting. Not gym work. Sitting!

8+ hours a day. 40% of UK adults with chronic back pain. The WFH revolution is becoming a spinal health crisis. And sitting has a whole heap of other health drags too - obesity, cardiac disease and diabetes to name but a few.
