Earlier this year I led a retreat at up in the hills above Malaga alongside my dearest teacher Swamini Chidekaradasananda.

Our motto for the week quickly became 'Do your best, forget the rest' - a simplistic distillation of the vedantic philosophy we studied.

Yesterday one of my wonderful retreat guests and friends Pete brought me a present all the way from Nassau to my London clinic - our motto hand painted on a piece of Caribbean driftwood.

Simple wisdom. Shared with love. This will remind me of that truly wonderful week forever. Thanks Pete!

Just like that, another wonderful retreat at Santillan comes to an end.

5 days with a discovery of women from around the world and at every age and stage. From 27 to 82, we all found common experiences.

It's such an honour to welcome new and old friends here, and to watch bodies, minds and hearts unfold over the course of just a few days.

Not all retreats are created equal. This is unfolding at all levels of the self.

No-one is unchanged. Me included.

This was my 3rd retreat here in 2025 and I can't wait to be back in just 12 weeks at the start of March.

For me, after a week of work, an hour or two in the sun, with yesterday's paella 🥘 ❤️ ☀️ 🕉

2025 has been the fastest year ever!

How has it been for you?

It feels like there have been a lot of ups and downs, and all going at breakneck speed.

Bad news? Only a few weeks until you-know-what.

The good news? I have ONE LAST RETREAT in Spain.

Not all retreats are created equal!

Here's a week into my retreat last week at the wonderful Centro Santillan in the hills above Malaga.

Not for nothing does it regularly win awards. The food, the surroundings, the peace ✌🏽, the pool.

We hang, ate, moved, learnt, chatted, swam and more. 22 gorgeous souls, all ages and stages. We met old friends and met new.

I was honoured that my spiritual teacher Swaminiji Chideka joined us for an exploration of Advaita Vedanta, the teachings of the Vedas. 🕉 Intro level, but this furnished us all with ways to Live with Ease... the theme of this retreat.

Ease in body, mind and soul - just what we need in these thorny times. We returned feeling renewed, nourished and equipped with tools to support us.

I will be back at Santillan in December for a Women's Health retreat and there too in March 26 for an exploration of posture.
