New online group weight loss programme starting this week!!
It's short notice but this Thursday I am launching a 10 week online group weight loss programme.
It's a low carb approach combined with positive psychology. It's not about a quick fix, but a healthy, sustainable approach to weight loss.
There are daytime (Thursday 11am - 12pm) and evening (Monday 6.30pm - 7.30pm) options.
There will be a maximum of 8 people in each class and lots of resources - meal plans, recipes, workbooks, an online food journal plus a wellness journal to keep you motivated.

Our Story

4Well People is run by Nutritional Therapist Emily Fawell and is based at Bridge to Health in Ealing, West London. I work with you to optimise your health through nutrition. Want more energy and to be free from health complaints? I can help. Prior to your first consultation I will send you a health and lifestyle questionnaire to complete. We then meet for one hour and fifteen minutes and I dig deeper into your health, diet and lifestyle. We will discuss your goals and I will create a personalised Health Improvement Plan and Supplement Plan for you. We will also discuss any tests that you could undertake that would give us more insight and enable us to tailor your plan further. We then meet 3 - 4 weeks later to review progress and adjust your plan accordingly
