From my other treatment space with a pretty incredible city view, I was reminded this week of the quiet magic that happens when the body finally exhales.

Not just a breath...a real breath. The kind that rises from deep within and reminds you that you are alive, present, here.

A regular client walked in and said:
“Just make me able to breathe deeply. I am so stressed from doing it all that I don’t remember the last time I took a real breath…”

Mid-Year Check-In 🌀
Halfway through 2025...
I am pausing to breathe and reflect. At the start of the year, I set clear intentions...vision board and all.

Now, I am seeing seeds blooming. 🌱

Highlights so far:

💃 Salsa dancing returned to my life with joy and rhythm.

✈️ Iceland with my son—unforgettable adventure and deep connection.

🏜️ The desert retreat in Morocco was quietly transformative.

🌊 My annual water fast in Cambria brought peace and clarity.

💆‍♀️ The Myofascial Energetic Release course reignited my love for bodywork.

🌀 “Moving with Intimacy” solo retreat—deeply powerful and personal.

Grateful! And behind the scenes, there’s a lot of quiet movement happening... scouting new retreat spots for the future....it looks like I may have just found a magical one for next year. ✨

Today, this Mama rested.
Working from my humble home allows me to shape my day with intention, planning for the unplanned.

A nourishing one-hour massage, followed by 90 minutes of deep, healing rest.
All while admin tasks got done and dinner simmered for my son.

This is postnatal care as it’s meant to be.

My heart is full when I’m trusted enough to hold space for rest.
Because a rested body mothers differently.
I know this deeply, from experience, and from offering what I once longed for.

Hands-on healing evolution, change
Touch gets deeper as my life rearranges
Add a little breath, take out the strain
Now we are tapping into body and mind connection
Where it's at, bring it back

This ain't just technique... it's a whole new track
Years ago, I worked with hands alone
Now it's presence, energy, muscle, bone, fields of being

People I have known, still come through the door
We have grown together
Them too, further along their journeys
Tension's got layers, so do we
They feel the shift as freedom enters

Yoga was never meant to be something we “get good at” and meditation isn't just another productivity hack.

These practices were born to guide us home to stillness, presence, and a deeper sense of being.
Not to help us do more, but to be more.

That’s the heart of my yin yoga offerings, held in a quiet, nourishing space for small groups, one-to-one, or couples. We slow down, breathe, and listen. There’s no striving here. Just space to soften into yourself.

Sessions are held in my humble home or yours with the option to include guided meditation.

Today everything aligned in presence surrounded by the warmth of my Mexican shawls.

The receiver shared what their body was longing for and we followed that knowing with deep, yet nurturing touch.

The bodywork led the way into stillness, followed by a full-body rebozo wrap, a sacred holding, an exhale into safety.

These 2-hour sessions are such a joy for the spaciousness they offer: space to blend ritual, care, and restoration in a way that feels deeply nourishing.

In my sessions this week, both in treatment and in conversations, one theme kept coming up:

💬 “I want to feel better. I want more energy. I know I should move more, eat better, read, rest…but I just don’t.”

So we dug a little deeper.

What’s really getting in the way?

📱The answer, more often than not: scrolling.

We don’t skip the walk because we are too tired, we skip it because we got caught in a scroll spiral.

We don’t avoid the book because we are lazy, we just never quite get off the screen.

We all crave routines that nourish us: a short walk, a warm meal, 10 quiet pages in a book. These moments are fragile though. They slip away easily when we are overstimulated and over-scrolling.

🧘‍♀️ Here is your gentle reminder:

Routines aren’t about rigidity. They’re about reclaiming small moments that make us feel human, steady, and whole.

✨ In the days ahead, try trading 10 minutes of scrolling for 10 minutes of something grounding. Your nervous system will thank you.

Welcoming the 3rd edition to this beautiful family.

I have had the honour of supporting this Mama from her conception journey to pregnancy and now into motherhood once again and yesterday, her little girl brought so much joy into the space.

Cuddles galore. Love bombed.

Some truths about the path I walk...

Beneath everything I offer, every workshop, every retreat, every creation, is the steady pulse of the medicine woman within me. She is ancient. She is wise. She speaks through the rhythms of my menstrual cycle, the wisdom in my bones, and the sacred silence between words.
My path is not complex. I keep it spiritually simple. I rise with the sun, place my bare feet on the earth, and listen. Nature is my temple, and I bow to its ever-changing lessons.

I have learned that the healing we seek is not out there, but deep within, and our cycle or nature’s cycle is a map back home to ourselves.

In a world that often feels too fast, too loud, too much... I remind myself daily to move slowly. I create space for joy. I choose to meet life with 1% more kindness each day, trusting that small offerings ripple wide.

I tend to my inner artist with weekly dates, painting, singing, drumming, or simply letting my hands be with clay. These moments keep me rooted and inspired.

Community is my medicine, too.
We find our tribe not by seeking, but by being fully ourselves. When we live our truth, we become a magnet for those who remember the same song.

So here I am, still walking this earth-bound, spirit-led path. Letting it be messy. Letting it be real. Listening, feeling, offering. And always returning to the quiet truth within.

For those feeling the call back to self, back to nature, back to rhythm, this is the heart behind all I share here.

Conversations from the Treatment Room

“What are we doing today?”

Womb massage? Gentle holding? A vibrant flow? Deep touch? Just...being?

The client tunes in.
“There’s an emotion. A subtle current.”
“Can you name it?” I ask.
“Yes. Sadness.”
I gently enquire, “Does it want to shift?”
She closes her eyes, feeling.
A clear, grounded “No.”

We stay.
Not to fix. Not to move.
Just to witness.

There’s deep awareness in that “no.”

The wisdom of not needing to change, but to be felt.

Bodywork doesn’t always have or need a goal.
Sometimes, we come to the table simply to feel ourselves.
To be held. To meet what’s alive within, no pressure, no outcome.

That, too, is healing.
