From my other treatment space with a pretty incredible city view, I was reminded this week of the quiet magic that happens when the body finally exhales.
Not just a breath...a real breath. The kind that rises from deep within and reminds you that you are alive, present, here.
A regular client walked in and said:
“Just make me able to breathe deeply. I am so stressed from doing it all that I don’t remember the last time I took a real breath…”
My answer? - Myofascial Energetic Release.
