Well…. I woke up crying today as sometimes you do! But I’m not judging it just BEING with it and truly having allowance of myself.

I’m perceiving deep healing occurring in my body and that my roots are grasping new soil!

How does it get any better? And what else is possible?

Hello 38! F*** me literally at 40’s door. 😜

I didn’t do much for my birthday I stayed in and enjoyed a nice walk with my dog and takeaway with a friend.

After the year I had I have just been completely flat out! My divorce took so much out of me!
Rebirth 💯

Now that there is nothing to fight for NOW WHAT? and that is a beautiful place to be if even a little bitter sweet with a hint of PTSD but it is OVER!

I have been met with JOY, Triumph, sadness and Grief and abit of that good old Guilt and “feelings” of not being enough!

The guilt over not being able to give my sons the “complete” family unit and all that juicy mum guilt that follows.

The other day I was walking with my boys and we where laughing and cracking jokes and they looked at me and and said mummy you are so happy now and they told me how much they loved me! Made me so emotional because I realised that I don’t give MYSELF that kindness at times.

I struggle with Control & perfectionism as many do however from my experience when I LET GO Magic & Miracles happen!

What else is possible now as a stare at the blank canvas that is MY LIFE!

What grand and glorious adventures await me now?

Whoever is reading this who is having or going through a tough time! You got this & some.
