Eeeek!!!! I’m so excited to announce I’m holding my first UK ecstatic dance experience!!!!

On the STUNNING rooftop of kingdom. We’re gonna heal the lighthearted way!🌞💫🐬✨

It will be an intro to free movement, I’ll help you feel comfortable in your body, play some GREAT music and then we’ll melt in to a sound bath.

The first time I experienced sound healing, I didn’t know what to expect.

I was in Hawaii on my first yoga teacher training. We were guided into a gong bath and I dropped into a deep, lucid state—somewhere between dreaming and meditating.

I had visions that felt more real than real. Later, I’d see those same moments appear in waking life.

It felt mystical, but safe.

Like coming home to the intuition I had as a child.

That moment set me on a path I never imagined. I needed to understand it—not just spiritually, but scientifically.

Fast forward 8 years, and sound healing is now my full-time path.

And I get to teach it.
