Last week I had the pleasure of running a chair yoga session for MS Reading, it was lovely. And this week I am running a chair yoga session for a local branch of the Women's Institute. And in April during stress awareness week I will be at Lower Earley Library offering a free drop in chair yoga session! (booking essential, details will follow nearer the time!)
Chair Yoga is a gentle, inclusive stretch and strengthen that helps to improve mobility, release tension from the body, creates a gorgeous sense of inner calm - and also helps with balance! If you, or someone you know, would benefit from this lovely practice then get in touch! I run friendly weekly classes in Earley during term times.
