After filling one position successfully we are now on the lookout for another carer.

This is a full time position (can possibly be split into 2 part time).

Paid holiday and sick pay no nonsense.

Full training provided with the opportunity to do your NVQ’s.

Due to an increase in care hours we are looking to recruit additional staff to join our team. Looking for staff in Earls Colne, Coggeshall and Halstead.

An ideal candidate would be someone who wants to make a difference to lives of individuals that we care for. Have a kind and caring nature with the ability to communicate easily with all different people from different walks of life.

Experience preferred but not essential as full training and support will be given. Common sense and good sense of humor is essential.

Job responsibilities will be, visiting our service users in their homes, supporting with Medication, Personal care, encouraging and supporting with daily living skills, listening and companionship.
