Exploring Sound Therapy with BounceFit - A Day of Innovative Training at their Harlow Headquarters.
We had the pleasure of spending a fantastic day at BounceFit's headquarters in Harlow, where we conducted a comprehensive training session for 13 of their trainers on the art of sound therapy. The experience was both enlightening and invigorating, as we dove into the principles and practices that make sound therapy a powerful tool for well-being.

The day was such fun and we hoped that we left the BounceFit trainers equipped with new skills and a deeper appreciation for the art of sound therapy. We are confident that they will bring these benefits to their clients, promoting holistic health and wellness.
