I’m no longer teaching yoga as people expect it to look.
I’m teaching movement as it needs to work.
This isn’t about poses.
It’s about getting up off the floor, carrying your own shopping, lifting things without fear, turning your head without wincing, & feeling strong enough to live your actual life.
There will still be:
• breath
• awareness
• nervous-system sanity
• strength that comes from the inside out
But there will be less performance & focus on shapes, & more function.
Less “open your heart” & more “can you pick this up without hurting your back?”
You don’t need to be bendy.
You don’t need to be spiritual.
You don’t need to call it yoga.
You just need a body…& the willingness to move it with intelligence, honesty, & a bit of grit.
This is movement for people who’ve done other stuff & want to feel capable again.
People who are tired of moving carefully, cautiously, or within someone else’s idea of “good form.”
This isn’t about fixing bodies.
It’s about training them for real life.
