Goodbye to my ‘baby’ of 22 years! I couldn’t have sold my business- MyBody Studios - to nicer people. It’s been a tough decision but the right one at the right time. I’m so pleased to hand over the reigns to the new owners, Lynne Machin and her daughter Jess who are going to do the place up and give it the TLC it so desperately needs. Under the expert guidance of Studio Coordinator, - I’m sure MyBody Studios will return to its former glory days. I will still be teaching at the studio but I no longer want the responsibility of running the business any longer. Aside from Tammie, I want to thank all of the amazing teachers who work so hard to offer fantastic classes .tall.ali and - Thanks to all of the lovely customers and friends who’ve passed through these doors over the years. It’s been a pleasure and a privilege to teach you all. I’ve been inundated with messages and well wishes from so many people. It’s really touching and I’m so grateful to have been part of your journey It’s not goodbye though as I’ll still be around teaching at the studio. I’m excited for a bright new chapter for MyBody Studios - Much love to you all ♥️♥️♥️

Yesterday I had the pleasure of watching from training some great new barre teachers studio, with the wonderful 💕

I trained with Emma in 2013 and have loved teaching barre ever since 😊

Barre is such a wonderful form of movement and what I love so much about it is that it’s suitable for everyone and can easily be modified if needed

Barre makes you feel feminine, carefree, strong and resilient. The moves hone and tone your body and frees your mind of everyday stresses 💕

I’m hoping to bring back my barre class on a Tuesday morning in Long Ditton, Surrey and possibly livestream it at the same time. If you’re interested in any more details please leave a 🍑 in the comments, DM me or fill out the poll, it couldn’t be easier!

I’m taking a month off to finally finish and launch my Spiritual Wellness Coach leaders course

Two years ago, it’s was 80% complete but then events happened in my personal life and it got put on the back burner …. where it’s remained …. Until now!

I feel that the time is right to put the finishing touches to this massive course.

The Universe has sent me help, people and resources that have given me the time to put my energy and attention into this important project

What to expect
🌟 Shamanic Ceremony
🌟 Yoga Asana Practice

Check-in at reception on Friday 28th is from 3.30pm onwards.
Supper is served daily at 6pm, supper is soup with various breads and spreads, honey, tahini, peanut butter, jams etc

Special opening ceremony at 7pm

Breakfast is served at 7am – choices of porridge, muesli, corn flakes, seeds and nuts, toast and spreads and a selection of fresh fruit is also available.

Vegetarian Lunch is served daily at 12.30pm – Rice, Dhal and fresh vegetables are served every day along with other dishes of the day, desert varies from compote to fruit crumbles and or yoghurt

Retreat start time is 7.30am on Saturday morning and finishes at 3.30pm, as the Eco cabin must be vacated by that time

Reformer Pilates Assessor required - I'm looking to hire a qualified Assessor for Pilates Reformer. This will entail marking practical video exam assessments, so can be done remotely from home.
