Is your body holding onto the stress of the week? Join us for an afternoon of intentional stillness as we welcome Laura Bicker to the studio for her Breath, Stretch & Relax workshop.
Led by Laura, a seasoned Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and Forrest Yoga teacher, this session goes beyond a standard yoga class. Laura uses her 20+ years of clinical experience to guide you through a physiological “reset.”
BREATH: We begin with therapeutic Pranayama (breathwork) to regulate the vagus nerve and dial down the “fight or flight” response.
STRETCH: Move through gentle yoga stretches designed to release deep-seated physical tension and “unstick” the body’s energy.
RELAX: Sink into a blissful Soundbath. Using vibrational frequencies, Laura will lead you into a meditative state where the mind finally goes quiet, and the body can begin its natural repair process.
