Happy International Women’s Day 💚🌿

Today we just want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to all the amazing women who make our studio what it is.

To our amazing teachers - thank you for the care, knowledge and encouragement you bring into the room every single day. You guide, support and inspire others, all while continuing on your own journeys of learning, growing and evolving.

And to everyone who rolls out a mat with us, or steps onto a reformer - thank you for being part of this community. Whether you come for strength, movement, a moment of calm, or simply a little time for yourself, you help create the welcoming and supportive space that our studio has become.

International Women’s Day is a lovely reminder of the power of women supporting women, showing up for ourselves, for each other, and celebrating progress in all its forms.

We’re so grateful to share our space with all of you. ✨

A couple of variations to the regular timetable with cover teachers in for some sessions.
