We’ve tried to keep as many of our classes on as possible around Christmas as we know how important taking time for yourself is this time of year.

A couple of variations to the regular timetable with cover teachers in for some sessions.

Core strength goes far beyond toned abs - it’s about stability, balance, and the health of one of the most important areas of the body: the pelvic floor. Yet pelvic health is something rarely discussed, despite its impact on posture, movement, recovery, and overall wellbeing.

Core Conversations is a unique event designed to shine a light on this essential topic. The day begins with a guided mat Pilates class where you’ll connect breath, movement, and alignment to support the deep core muscles.

This is followed by an interactive wellness talk exploring the fundamentals of pelvic health - what it is, why it matters, and how simple practices can improve strength, function, and confidence at every stage of life.

To nourish body and mind, we’ll also share a wholesome, nutritious lunch made by creating space for connection and conversation in a supportive community setting.
