It’s been a busy two weeks at the RRW Studio.

So many of you are wondering what our restore classes are all about?

It’s the prefect beginner class and will completely change your experience of a workout! 🏋️

What a week so far, I’m completey overwhelmed with all the love and support and it’s been so nice to see everyone who’s joined us in the studio to celebrate 🥂

And now to reflect on the last year and the amazing support from my husband , my boys and everyone else involved in helping me bring my vision to life - I love you all 🫶🏼
