We treat back and neck pain, sports injuries, strains and general joint pain for all ages. As golf season ramps up, we always see a spike in injuries from people heading back to the range and straight onto the course after a winter off.

While rotator cuff issues are one of the big ones, they are rarely happening in isolation. Your golf swing loads the entire chain:
👉 shoulders
👉 elbows and wrists
👉 upper back
👉 hips and lower back

When one part isn’t moving or working well, another part ends up taking the strain.

Before you go all-in on range sessions:

Get some mobility back through your upper back
Wake up your rotator cuff and scapular muscles
Make sure your hips are doing their share of the work
Don’t ignore early warning signs like aching after practice

We’re really pleased to share that Liv has completed her acupuncture training and is now offering acupuncture sessions at our East Bridgford clinic.

Liv brings acupuncture into her physiotherapy work to support pain relief, recovery, and overall wellbeing especially helpful during the colder months when muscles and joints tend to feel stiffer.
