Michelle Rugg Psychic Medium I am a Psychic Medium and a Reiki Master who is here to help guide and start your healing journey.

My journey started when I had my first experience of Reiki in 2013. The benefits I got from it were amazing and it has made me who I am today. The journey I have been on since my first and second attunements in 2014 have been mind blowing and I am very thankful of this gift and the having the opportunity to help others in their journey. I will continue to self heal to ensure that I always working on myself and my healing journey so you get the best out of your reiki healing. I felt it was important to travel to Japan to Mount Kurama because this is the home of Reiki and where Dr Usui Mikao experienced his enlightenment before sharing it with the world. Reiki helps you start your own healing journey which will bring things up from the past that need to be healed to help you move forward in life. Physically it helps repair trauma in your body as the body holds onto this memory until healed. Emotionally it will take you through stages of your life that you have buried, ready to heal.

Our Story

My journey started when I had my first experience of Reiki healing in 2013. The benefits I got from it were amazing and it made me want to learn this healing technique myself so I started my journey in 2014. This is when I got my first and second Attunement and worked with friends and families offering healing. I got my Reiki Master level in 2019 and it has changed my world so much for the better, deeper healing and a stronger connection with my guides.

I then got myself in tune with the spirit world and joined groups to develop my skills with Mediumship in 2015 and have been working with spirit since doing personal readings using tarot cards, taking spiritual church services in West Lothian, Glasgow and I am taking on churches in Edinburgh and Fife. I have now started my own business in Balerno, Edinburgh offering Card Readings and Reiki Healings and I am looking forward to 2020 as big things are coming and you will be seeing and hearing more from me. I am here to help others in any way I can and I work from integrity and from my heart on behalf of my Reiki and spirit guides, Namaste.
