🌟New 6‑Week Block! 🌟

Our last block was a huge success, and we’re buzzing to launch the next round of Junior S&C sessions! These classes are designed to help young athletes build confidence, strength, coordination and a love for movement, all in a fun, supportive environment.

💥 Block Start Dates:
• Thursday 19th March – 5:00pm
• Saturday 21st March – 9:30am

Whether your young one is involved in sport or simply loves being active, these sessions are a brilliant way to develop solid foundations and healthy habits.

🚨 Big news for our young athletes 💪🏼

A new 6‑block training cycle is coming soon to our Kids Strength & Conditioning programme!

We’re levelling up their fitness, confidence, and athletic development with structured, progressive sessions designed to help them grow stronger week after week.

🚨 Fitness Classes

We offer fitness classes morning, evening, and weekend, and families can train at times that actually fit real life. All sessions run from our East Calder base in Camps Industrial Estate, right across from Calderwood, easy to find, and even easier to love once you get started.

We offer discounts on couples memberships! Just drop us a message for more details.
