OMG look what I’ve just got my hands on… the new **Slimming World crumbles! 😍

I actually thought it was only one in a pack, but it’s two! 🙌 Although… I’m not sure I’ll be sharing the other one 😂😂

They look absolutely gorgeous and I honestly can’t wait to try them. Who else is excited to see these landing soon? 🙋‍♀️

Haha only joking… I wish! 🤣 It’s just the packaging they sent me, but a girl can dream right?! And now I know who actually read the whole post 😜😂

Anyone who was in my Tuesday and Wednesday groups will be happy to know… I’ve found my safe place again 😂

Anyway, this morning brings the last of the Two Together competitions for the week across my groups and I’m super excited! I absolutely love hearing everyone’s journeys, the support between members and celebrating what can be achieved when we do this together.

Good luck to everyone involved – you’re all amazing and should be so proud of yourselves 💕👏

How exciting is this?! 🤩

New Slimming World products – including desserts – are launching very soon in Iceland and The Food Warehouse! 🙌

I don’t know about you, but I always love trying the new Slimming World products when they come out, especially when they make Food Optimising even easier. And the fact that desserts are included… well that’s got my attention straight away! 👀🍮

I’m absolutely dying to try them and see what they’re like. Roll on launch day!

🤩Recipe of the Week 🤩

Burger loaded fries

In this marvellously messy meal, chips aren’t an afterthought... they’re the heart of a whole heap of loveliness!

🤩Ingredients 🤩

⭐️600g large potatoes, cut into fries
⭐️1 cal cooking spray*
⭐️200g passata
⭐️½ tsp ground cinnamon
⭐️2 tbsp white miso paste
⭐️250g lean beef mince (5% fat or less)
⭐️1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
⭐️120g fat-free natural Greek-style yogurt
⭐️2 tsp Dijon mustard
⭐️3 tbsp roughly chopped fresh dill
⭐️20g gherkins, roughly chopped
⭐️1 Little Gem lettuce, sliced

🤩Method 🤩

⭐️Heat your oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/gas 7. Put the fries in a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper, spritz with 1 cal cooking spray and season lightly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until soft and golden, turning halfway.

⭐️At the same time, put the passata, cinnamon and half the miso in a small saucepan over a medium heat. Simmer for 12-15 minutes or until it’s a thick ketchup consistency, stirring regularly.

⭐️Once the ketchup is simmering, spritz a large non-stick frying pan with 1 cal cooking spray and put it over a medium-high heat. Add the beef and onion to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring every 3-4 minutes but trying not to break up the meat too much.

⭐️Mix the yogurt, mustard and remaining miso in a bowl. Mix the dill and gherkins in another small bowl.

⭐️Toss the beef and onion through the fries, then scatter over the lettuce. Dollop or drizzle the ketchup and yogurt sauce over the top and scatter with the dill and gherkins to serve.

What a week it’s been in my Slimming World groups… and I am absolutely buzzing for every single one of you! 🎉

This week we celebrated an incredible range of awards – from members achieving their ½ stone award all the way up to an amazing 8 stone award! 🤩 That’s not just weight lost… that’s confidence gained, habits changed and lives being transformed.

We also had someone reach their personal achievement target this week too, which is such a special moment. Setting a goal, staying committed and finally hitting it is just the best feeling and I couldn’t be prouder! 🥰

Every award, big or small, deserves to be celebrated because each one represents hard work, determination and showing up for yourself week after week.

What a week… I’m so proud of you all! ❤️

Quick trip into Food Warehouse today to pick up a few bits to help me with a few SP days on the Slimming World plan 💪🥦

For anyone who hasn’t tried it yet, SP days (Speed & Protein) are a great way to give your weight loss a little boost by filling up on loads of speed foods and lean protein. Perfect when you want to refocus and get the scales moving in the right direction again!
