Brand-new Slimming World desserts have just landed at Iceland and The Food Warehouse, and I honestly cannot wait to get my hands on some!

Choose from apple & blackberry or apple, rhubarb & strawberry crumble – and the best bit? They all count as your Healthy Extra fibre choice 🙌

But that’s not all… there’s chicken alfredo, chicken arrabbiata, a fiery vindaloo, plus chicken shawarma & rice joining the range too. Not gonna lie… it feels like Christmas has come early 😂

They’re quick, convenient and perfect for keeping us on track ❤️

How’s your morning looking?

With the sun in the sky you won’t be alone thinking it’s time for a fresh start, but what does that mean….. for me it’s

⭐️ a new day of opportunities
⭐️ a new day to make plans
⭐️ a new day to get washing on the line!

My plans include tidying up the garden, to declutter the house, work out what’s for dinner next week, do the washing up 🙆‍♀️…. But most importantly plans to get my weight back to where I want it.

It’s quite a lot to fit in on one day…🤦🏼‍♀️

Many congratulations to the Cricket Club being winners of the Cherwell League in 2025 🏆 meaning they will now proudly field three men's teams in the prestigious Cherwell League on Saturdays, with an exciting social/development side on Sundays. We wish you all the very best of luck.

In the car to head back home from my first meeting as a Team Developer 😊 but first to eat some fruit and yoghurt to lessen the chances of stopping somewhere to grab something completely off plan…

Although I do need to pick up cake for schools bake sale tomorrow (it’s the thought that counts even if I’ve not got time to cook). Pray for me 😉

One of the things I love most about our Slimming World group is how we lift each other up. Every week, no matter what life throws at us, busy days, wobbly moments, or those times when it feels like life is literally pelting us with lemons! We don't give up, we show up, we share, and we shine.

🍋 And when life does give us lemons? We don’t just make any ol' lemonade… we make it Food Optimising friendly, we share the recipe, and cheer each other on while we sip it.
