A bit of prospective planning means more control over what you're eating and knowing how many calories you're consuming. It also allows for easier control over macros. For example, this client wants to build muscle, so a good dose of protein is included along with a healthy portion of veggies and wholefoods! It's also perfect for time saving as a few days worth can be made in advance and none of that last minute morning rush to throw together an unsatisfying meal!

Beautiful way to get in a study break, sun and a swim πŸŠβ€β™‚οΈβ˜€οΈ I'm currently working towards a degree in Health Sciences and getting out in the sun is the perfect mental break. Another incredible smoothie bowl from πŸ“πŸ«πŸŽπŸŒπŸ₯₯πŸ₯­ So full of colour and nutrition, it makes for an awesome start to the day! It also tastes pretty damn amazing too! They have three flavours, but you really need to try them all! πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ They're topped with seeds, granola and mixed, delicious fresh fruit and I love how refreshing they are!
Lorelei, who owns the cafe/health bar along with her husband is always so welcoming, making for an all-round enjoyable experience, you need to try it! πŸ‘ŒπŸΌβ›± 🌈

First spring harvest β˜€πŸŒ± Purple sprouting planted late last summer now ready for eating! There's something so satisfying about growing your own veg, knowing its homegrown, organic and tastes way better than shop bought! Also a great excuse for getting outside, feeling the sun, getting your hands dirty, nurturing something. The list goes on!

It's F I S H F R I D A Y ! 🐟

I try and include an oily portion of fish into my diet at least once a week, usually Salmon!

Salmon is a great source of Omega-3 which helps to protect our hearts, good for the skin and is also neuroprotective (good for our brains 🧠)

This recipe also uses loads of garlic and lemon πŸ‹ to help maintain our immune system.

Plus it's also loaded with greens, packed with phytochemicals πŸ’š and you get a good dose of protein! πŸ’ͺ🏼

A newly qualified nutrition coach, I have a huge passion for all thing’s health! I want to help people to achieve their goals whether that be to lose a bit of weight, build muscle, and feel stronger and happier. I’m able to cater to a range of different diets, working with you on a one-to-one basis, with regular progress check-ins to see how you’re getting on.
