Someone once accused me of having a midlife crisis. In fact, several people did, and I’m sure many more people thought it.

But honestly, I don’t even believe a midlife crisis is a thing.

People label you as losing the plot, but what is really going on is this:

Accumulated supression finally breaking through - years of putting everyone else first, keeping the peace, staying in roles that don’t fit & ignoring inner discomfort.

Realising you don’t know who you are any more - the life you’re in is so far removed from the person you really are.

At some point, the body and psyche basically say:
“I can’t do this anymore.”

Everything you once tolerated becomes unbearable.

That moment can look dramatic from the outside—but internally it’s been building for years.

It gets labelled a “midlife crisis.”

But I think it’s actually a waking up.

A remembering.
A reclamation of truth, voice, and self.

I see this in so many women I work with — and I’ve lived it too.

This isn’t a breakdown.
This is the beginning of something far more honest.

And so we arrive at the New moon in Aries on steroids.
Sun, Moon, Mars, Venus, Mercury, and Chiron all in Aries.

This isn’t a gentle new moon.
This is a threshold.
Something in you is ready to change forever.

Everything you are not is ready to dissolve so that you can be everything you are meant to be.

And yet you might be feeling old wounds coming up - those deepest darkest wounds you gained in early life - this is Chiron.

I really feel these wounds are coming up for another layer of clearing. So that the next level of light can shine through.

Aries isn’t subtle and it doesn’t wait.
It doesn’t overthink…it acts.

This moon is not about perfect plans.

With so much fire in the sky,
