Bookings are made on a first come first served basis and not classed as confirmed until the deposit has been paid and confirmed by us.
£10 (single), £20 (couples and 2hr bookings) deposit is required from all clients to secure your booking.
This is forfeited should you cancel with less than 24hrs notice and you will be required to pay in full of your treatment cost if we cannot fill your slot. This must be cleared before any further bookings can be made.
