Amazing place to visit, worth a couples hours drive, highly recommend Puzzlewood

Client with frozen shoulders after just two sessions having a great result.

Frozen shoulder and rotator cuff injuries are all too common, (especially as we get older) and not something you have to just put up with. After her first visit she showed very positive signs, and the second session was a huge improvement!
Range of motions are restricted and painful to try.

We are here tonight and Wednesday 5th from 4:30-6:30 raising money for local charities and offering a chance to pop in and meet the team, and have a look around
