Reflexology is a Complementary Therapy that works on the feet or hands enabling the body to heal itself. It is a form of massage which applies pressure to certain parts of the feet in order to promote relaxation, maintaining the body's natural equilibrium and encourage healing elsewhere in the body. There are some suggestions that reflexology may aid :

Sonia Tillcock MAR of Bliss Therapies is a fully insured and qualified complementary therapist, specialising in reflexology (foot and face), Zone facelift, RLD, hot stone reflexology and reiki. She is a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR), and The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). Treatments available by appointment Monday to Sunday offering day time, evening and weekends. Prices for Reflexology £40 per session (Sessions last between 40-60 minutes)
Hot Stone Reflexology £45 per session (approx 90 minutes). Facial Reflexology £45 per session (approx 60 minutes)
Zone face lift £55 (approx 60 mins)
Reiki £35 per session (approx 60 minutes). Top to Toe Treatment £65 (facial & foot reflexology session, last 90minutes)
Taster sessions are available for £25 per session (approx 30 minutes). Her treatment room offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere within her home in Dereham, Norfolk. Mobile treatments available too, please ask for details. Sonia is a Neal's Yard Consultant and uses their fantastic organic products in her treatments.
