Welcome back.. we hope you are all well rested and had an enjoyable festive christmas.

2025 is here , recharged and ready to take on all the challenges that the year brings.
Classes are filling up and if you wish to try please get in contact for a free of charge session.
New classes are starting in February, we have already got enquiries coming in, so book a place in advance. Limited places means better experience for everyone.

If you are looking for a more Personal experience, you can book for treatment at my bespoke Pilates Studio where I can help with rehabilitation, back care and the likes.

As we draw closer to the end of the year a huge thankyou to all of you that have supported Norfolk Pilates Classes, shared posts and given words of encouragement and support.
Have a very Merry Christmas and the new year is just around the corner with a full year of opportunities.
