Time to change

It is the time in your life that when all around you is changing, that it is the time for you to change to.

Simple logistics of making this happen can be quite challenging, as when we are in our comfort zone, it is hard to move out. So why not expand the comfort zone instead. We know what we know and when we know what we know, we know what works. So rather than making drastic changes, why not just expand into the unknown, but with a little of what you do know to back up your decision.

When we enable the change to occur through the process of time, we can sit with the thought of it is all ok. But when things change suddenly, it can be quite unsettling. So, step by step you can create your new reality. It is time to face the facts and deal with your knowing that these things need to happen. No matter what, when it is, how it happens and why, you will know that, that change needs to be processed into a now reality.

When you feel connected to that little something inside yourself, you can really take a deep look into what needs to change, for a start, bit by bit things will shift and enable you to evolve into the person that will stand in their strength and not faulter from moments of your past.

The past is your past and your future is your future. But everything happens in our now moment. So be in the now moment. This space is comfortable, as you can feel it for what it is. With all the baggage and emotions that come along with it, you can see things clearing and take things step by step to help you move out of the stickiness.

When you place your attention to much in the past, your mind will always take you back to your memories of any issues, experiences and trauma. When you sit there in your mind you feel the emotions from those events and the cycle of despair repeats itself repeatedly. Being in the now helps you focus on the present moment and what is going on with you right now. This is helpful to you, as then you can then focus on what is happening right here, right now, things will change for the better.

Future moments and worries stop you from moving forward in a productive way. You may overthink things and trip up with fearful insights of what might be. Recurring thought patterns will stop you from moving into an enhanced now moment, something new, exciting, different. Whatever you do is always going to right, so no regrets, no judgement. All these experiences will help you move forward to a positive outcome. Slowly moment by moment, you will evolve into the confident, strong, fulfilled person you want to be. Full of life, love and calmness. Joy, success and strength.
