In my latest blog I talk about how people often don't notice that they are losing mobility in their hips, and how this can contribute to their knee or back problems. I also provide two simple exercises to help restore hip mobility.

I frequently find that patients coming to see me with knee or back pain also have problems with their hips lurking in the background. As a result, working on their hips can indirectly really help the knees and low back.
