The very handsome Duncan enjoying his treatment the other day!

After a strong training session, Duncan showed signs of DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). His wonderful owner Fern called me out to treat, after some massage, myofacial release and stretching he’s doing much better and is back to his normal eventing life!

Hi everyone!
It’s been a very long time since my last post, I truly am terrible at keeping up on social media!
So, I thought I would just give an update and reintroduce myself!

My name is Donya and I’m a fully qualified and insured Equine Bodyworker and Sports Therapist, I treat horses all across Sussex, Surrey and West Kent. I studied BSc (Hons) Equine Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation at Writtle University, and currently half way through studying a MSc in McTimoney Animal Chiropractic!

Massage session for three lovely horses this morning! 🐴

Are your horses and ponies finally back to competing? There could be underlying tension in their body which may cause restricted range of motion from the increased work load😵
Massage helps to eliminate those tight spots, relieve pain and increases that range of motion!
