Our Story

A gorgeous space to learn and practice yoga. Classes for all levels from complete beginners to those with many years experience. Men are welcome (encouraged!), mats to hire if you don’t have one, full and varied timetable. If you'd like to find out more about us please check our website, call us or drop by for a class.

We have classes to suit EveryBody! Whether you want a slow-paced, gentle stretchy class to relax and unwind or a strong physically challenging class to invigorate and energise, or a combination of all of these.

We opened in 2008 to provide a lovely space for students to practice and teachers to teach. We have several wonderful, dedicated teachers with many years experience from different backgrounds offering classes, courses, workshop, holidays and retreats. We also offer teacher training programs accredited by the Independent Yoga Network, which demonstrates they are of the highest quality.
