A bitter sweet moment, saying farewell to one of my very first PT clients as she moves away to start a new chapter, but knowing that she has the tools to keep her fitness journey alive (and that I am only a whatsapp/phonecall away!)

We met at the gym and started training together back in 2008 🫣 We’ve done gym sessions, park sessions, at home sessions, and finally in my private studio gym.

We’ve trained in person, over Zoom, and via weekly updated workouts and check ins when she was abroad.

She’s gone from strength to strength and navigated through numerous injuries, illnesses and life obstacles, and always come out stronger 💪🏻

Well done and thank you for all your hardwork, and for trusting in me all those years ago!

A couple of fun sessions with clients this morning 💪🏻

Staying Active with the Kids 😅💪🏻

A real mixture, with a combination of;
🏃‍♀️ early morning runs before Daddy went to work
💪🏻 a home gym workout with the kids (40min workout took 60mins 😅)
🚴‍♀️ bike/scoot/walk to the park for a play, and back again!
🛴 scoot/walk to the cafe and park, and back
⚽️ lots of playing in the garden

The goal was to stay active and consistent throughout the holidays 💪🏻
