Stronger together, outside 💪✨

I’m so excited to be launching brand new outdoor female bootcamp classes designed to help you build strength, boost fitness, and feel amazing — all in a supportive, welcoming environment.

📅 Starting Monday 20th April
🗓 Mondays & Fridays
⏰ 6:15 – 7:00pm
📍 Bottom Playground, Felbridge Primary School

Expect a mix of strength, cardio, and energising workouts suitable for all levels — whether you’re getting back into fitness or ready to push yourself further.
