I was booked in for a knee replacement operation but since receiving Resilo®️the pain has reduced significantly and movement in my knee has improved. Hello,
In my practice, Resilo®️is the technique I use. The effect is twofold: it resets the body and relaxes the tissues. To resile is to spring back - the tissues go back to there original condition. It is great after injuries or operations to speed up recovery and for backache, aches and pains, knee problems especially.

I am based in Forest Row, East Sussex. A treatment last from 50 minutes to an hour and is done on the clothes on a massage table.

I have been a Resilo practitioner for 9 years.
The name comes from Latin and means “to spring back” (as in “resilient”). It brings a sense of rejuvenation to the body, flexibility and relaxation. It is recommended after an operation or an injury as it brings the tissues back to their original condition. It is particularly effective for joint problems.
