HIGH PROTEIN BANANA CAKE! 🎂🍫
MACROS (for one piece, 1/9 of loaf)
158 Calories | 8g protein | 23g carbs |
4.6g fat
INGREDIENTS
- ��300g ripe banana (about 3 bananas)
- ��3 eggs
- ��1 tosp vanilla
- ��2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ��160g oats (blended into oat flour)
- ��2 tsp baking powder
- ��1/2 tsp baking soda
- ��pinch of salt
- ��Dash of cinnamon
- ��1 scoop (31 g) protein powder
- ��Chocolate chunks

INSTRUCTIONS
1. ���Add bananas to a bowl, mash well
2. ���Add eggs, vanilla and honey/maple syrup to banana and mix
3. ���Add oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and protein powder and mix well
4. ���Add in chocolate, mix again
5. ���Line a loaf tin
6. Spread mix evenly into pan, top with a few extra chocolate chips if you’d like
7. ���Bake @180 for 30-35 minutes

Ingredients:
• 2 Weetabix biscuits
• 200 ml lactose-free milk (or as preferred)
• ½ medium banana, sliced
• 1 small pack (25g) chocolate fruit & nut mix
(contains raisins, almonds, hazelnuts & milk chocolate chunks)

April 2019 nearly 7 years ago 🕰️ …. Rowing 24 hours for charity in memory of my sister! Giving me goose bumps if I’m being perfectly honest 🚣‍♂️
