Home Care Worker Roles in East Grinstead & surrounding Areas

Brooker Care are recruiting Home Care Workers in the East Grinstead and the surrounding areas. We are a local company, established in 2010. We pride ourselves on the quality of the care and support our excellent staff team provide to our customers at home and are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our local team.

We can offer hours to suit you and have Guaranteed Full Time, Part Time and Bank Hours available in the East Grinstead area from 7am - 10pm 7 days a week.

Develop your career in care with us. We offer all our staff the option to complete the Skills for Care recommended “Care Certificate” Programme, Level 2 -3 Diplomas in Health and Social and specialised customer related training.
Paid to Travel. Travelling to clients is part of your day to day duties so we provide mileage and travel enhancement pay.
Other paid benefits include, 28 Days Annual Leave, Bonus Birthday day off, Training attendance, Free DBS, Refer a Friend Bonus, Work Place Pension Scheme and much more.
At Brooker Care we believe that it is never too early or late in your career to get involved in care. Experience in a care based role is beneficial but it is not essential. As we provide support to individuals in their own homes 7 days a week you will ideally drive and have some availability in at least 1 in 2 weekends.
